CHEADLE HEATH - HAVE YOUR SAY

The Council is writing a new plan called the 'Allocations DPD' which sets out what types of development should be allowed on different areas of land – so we need you to tell them what development you would like to see in the various areas of Stockport.

Here is the link to the Central page which covers Cheadle Heath.

Please take the time to have a look, register and post your comments.

One of the major issues up for consultation is the former Gorsey Bank Estate on which I have commented. My views are also highlighted on this blog.

EAST INDIA RESTAURANT OPENS IN CHEADLE HEATH

What a fantastic new addition to Cheadle Heath local centre!

East India is a welcoming, contemporary styled Indian restaurant serving the most incredible food.

Featuring an up to date styled lounge area with fully licensed bar it is well worth a visit.

The manager and his staff certainly know their customer service, going out of their way to make you at home.

The menu is amazing, with real authentic dishes, lots I’ve not heard or seen before in other restaurants I have been to. The chef certainly knows his stuff as each dish is cooked and presented to perfection.

For a really first-class meal at a reasonable price in friendly surroundings, you really must give East India a try.

Take-away is also available, but I would certainly recommend using the restaurant – you will not be disappointed.
